What is it?

Coaching is a conversation centred on your skills and development which aims to help you develop self-awareness and ignite your potential.

How does it work?

We meet, find synergies, talk about what’s really going on, we set goals, you take on the ‘change challenges’, we stay in touch regularly, you see results, our work together is done! 

I genuinely get energy from 1-on-1 coaching conversations with people who want to change. Setting hairy audacious goals and keeping you accountable. They call me the AC – Accountability Coach! 

My first goal in our initial meeting is to get a really clear picture of your current situation - this includes current challenges, mental road blocks, pain points, aspirations, creating key milestones and the expectations you place on yourself in relation to your role or career. Together we then develop a plan, working at the pace that’s right for you.
